The Navajo and Niwot cabins are a perfect combination of cozy and charm. Nestled amidst nature’s beauty onsite at Arapaho Valley Ranch, this cabin is a short walk to the South Fork of the Colorado River, Lake Granby, and Monarch Lake.

Both of these cabins are 400 square feet and offer a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, as well as some of Northern Colorado’s best views.

The main living area boasts an open-concept layout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Natural wood finishes, exposed beams, and tasteful decor enhance the cabin’s charm.

There is one bedroom with a Queen bed and three other cozy sleeping areas. There is a set of bunk beds in the hallway, a sleeping loft with two twin beds, and a living room with a pull-out sofa. This cabin is perfect for a large family of 5-7.

Each cabin has a well-appointed bathroom with modern amenities, including a shower, sink, and toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It features modern appliances: a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Cookware, utensils, and dishes are all provided.

The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day of adventures.

There is parking next to the cabin for up to 2 cars. Up to two pets are allowed. Additional pet fees apply.

Leases are for One to Six months only.
Properties are available from October 20, 2024 – April 20, 2025.
$1950/mo for a 5-6 month lease, $2,100 for a 3-4 month lease, and $2400 for a 1-2 month lease
There is no smoking in the house.
There is a two-pet maximum. – $150 refundable pet deposit / $150 non-refundable pet fee / $25 monthly fee. All fees are per month, per pet.
