Renter is responsible for all bills IN ADDITION to monthly payment (total between $500-$1000 per month depending on season and usage).Renters will be invoiced monthly for payment in addition to their rent. Utilities and services will include trash, water, electric, gas, internet, plowing and hot tub maintenance.
